Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and tap Continue. We email you a one-time verification code; enter it to sign in. No password is needed.
I didn't receive the verification code.
Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email address is typed correctly, and wait a minute before requesting a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
How do I add cash in or cash out?
Open a cashbook and tap Cash In or Cash Out. Enter the amount, date and any details such as category, contact, payment mode, remarks or an attachment, then save.
How does interest tracking work?
When adding an entry, enable interest and set the rate, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly), calculation type and start date. The app shows principal, interest, amount paid and amount remaining, and can remind you before the due date.
How do I share a cashbook?
Open the cashbook, choose Share, and enter the other person's email or mobile number. Choose view-only or edit access. You can remove access at any time.
How do I export a report?
Go to reports, choose the date range, financial year or account, and tap PDF or Excel. You can save or share the file.
Is my data safe?
Your data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on secure servers. You can also lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or your device passcode. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap the profile icon at the top, choose Delete account, and enter the verification code we send you. Your account and all its data are deleted immediately. If you can no longer sign in, email info@atulyam.tech from your registered email address (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject "Delete my Cashbook account". and we will delete your account and all its data within 30 days.
